Shipping policy

Free shipping on every order. No minimum.

Processing time

Orders placed before 5pm AEST ship the next business day from our fulfillment center. Orders placed after 5pm AEST or on weekends ship the following business day.

Delivery time

Most orders are delivered to Australian addresses within 7–21 business days from dispatch. Delivery within the United States typically takes 5–10 business days from dispatch.

During high-demand periods (Black Friday, Cyber Monday, Christmas), delivery may take up to 4 weeks. We’ll let you know if anything affects your specific order.

Tracking

Every order ships with a tracking number. You’ll receive it by email once your piece is on its way.

Lost or delayed packages

If your tracking hasn’t updated for more than 7 business days, or your package hasn’t arrived within the expected window, email us at support@bysophi.com and we’ll investigate with the carrier.

Incorrect or undeliverable addresses

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If a package is returned to us as undeliverable due to an incorrect address, we’ll reach out to arrange re-shipment. Re-shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility in this case.

Customs and duties

For international orders outside the United States and Australia, any customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by your destination country are the customer’s responsibility. These are collected by the carrier on delivery.
