Refund policy
30-day returns. If your piece doesn’t sing on you, you have 30 days from delivery to send it back.
How to start a return
Email support@bysophi.com with your order number and a short note about the piece. We’ll reply with return instructions within one business day.
Pieces must be returned in the condition you received them: unworn, undamaged, with the original packaging. Customers cover the cost of return shipping.
Refunds
Once we receive your return and confirm the piece is in original condition, we’ll refund your original payment method within 10 business days. Your bank may take a few additional days to process the funds back to you.
Store credit is also available on request if you’d prefer a future purchase.
Damaged, faulty, or wrong pieces
If your piece arrives damaged, faulty, or the wrong item, contact us at support@bysophi.com within 7 days of delivery. We’ll cover the cost of return shipping and either replace the piece or issue a full refund.
Lifetime warranty
Every band carries a lifetime warranty against manufacturing defects, for as long as you wear it. This covers issues like a clasp failure on a piece that was cared for normally. It does not cover normal wear, accidental damage, loss, theft, or modifications made by another jeweler. Warranty claims should also be sent to support@bysophi.com with photos of the piece.
Australian Consumer Law
For our Australian customers, these terms do not affect your statutory rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Where the ACL provides a remedy for a major fault or breach of consumer guarantee, you are entitled to that remedy regardless of the terms above.
