Orders
Once your order has been shipped, you will be emailed a shipping confirmation including the tracking number for your package. Tracking information will be updated within 48 business hours of shipment.
Alternatively, you can track the status of your package here.
While your order is still processing, we may be able to cancel your order. You can send an e-mail to support@bysophi.com with your order number, keep in mind that in order to get your order to you as soon as possible, we begin processing orders as soon as they are received. If your order is no longer able to be canceled you can definitely process a return once you receive your package.
We are unable to make any changes to an order once placed. If you need to make any changes to your order, we recommend canceling and placing a new order so long as it is still eligible.
If you have entered an incorrect shipping address, please contact us at support@bysophi.com as soon as possible. Please note, we work quickly to process and ship your order, and once an order has been shipped we are unable to modify the address.

Shipping and Returns
We offer returns for Australia customers within 30 days of delivery. If you would like to initiate a return, please reach out to support@bysophi.com
By Sophi currently ships to all of Australia and the United States.
For Australia, this includes the following:
- Australian Capital Territory
- New South Wales
- Northern Territory
- Queensland
- South Australia
- Tasmania
- Victoria
- Western Australia
Orders placed before 5pm AEST ship the next business day. Orders placed after 5pm AEST or on weekends ship the following business day.
Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when choosing your shipping method. You will receive an email with tracking information when your order has been shipped.
We offer free shipping on every order. Australian addresses typically receive in 7-21 business days from dispatch. Delivery within the United States typically takes 5-10 business days from dispatch.
