A ring in gold-plated sterling silver. An oval natural tanzanite is held in four prongs, with small cubic zirconia stones clustered on each shoulder. The stone carries a violet-blue tone that shifts between the two depending on light angle.

Natural tanzanite from Tanzania, oval-cut 6×8mm, approximately 1.9 carats, heat-treated as effectively all tanzanite is. Gold-plated sterling silver, approximately 2.11g. These stones carry visible natural inclusions, which is characteristic of tanzanite at this size and part of what marks it as natural.
